I loved everything,...the food, the rooms, the staff, the ambience.There is absolutely nothing negative to write about.The staff were warm and friendly.Vic at the breakfast is very professional and has so much courtesy.He took his time in explaining our queries, he made us feel happy and welcomed.David at the Bar was quite friendly,had an attention to detail, very proffesional and interesting as well.The smiles from both Sarah and Elyah coupled with outstanding Customer Service was amazing.We enjoyed every bit of our stay and we shall definately come back again.The location of the Hotel is close to the Prime spots of Tourism in Paris and the transport network is super.

excellent location. staff at reception is very helpful. they helped checked in early (my room was already ready when we arrive at 1pm although check in time time was 3pm). they stored our luggage on the day of our check out (as our flight was at 10pm) and they even helped print our boarding pass! 10/10 for service at reception

The room was really good, although the beds were not that comfortable. The kitchenette was a plus because it allowed us to save some money eating at home at least one time a day. The location of the apparthotel was perfect, because the metro line is the most central of them all, and you can get to Tour Eiffel in about 11min, which is great. Also, there are two small supermarkets right around the corner, and a few parks around the block.

Finding this room/apartment was a complete lifesaver. The kitchen and private balcony were unexpected pleasures. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was so friendly and helpful. This was a great place for my daughter and I to stay for a few nights while we took in as much of Paris as we could in a few short days.

Very comfortable bed, nice big table, spacious bathroom, very tasty breakfast. Hotel is close to metro, grocery store and playground. The staff was kind and helpful. Quiet neighbourhood.

Great location, comfortable bed, cute kitchen. Free parking on street during August in Orange zone, which was a bonus. Big lift, easy access going up and down. Decent size room, kitchen had microwave, fridge, hob, dishwasher. Cleverly hidden behind a curtain. A 5 minute walk to the metro station, only 10 minutes to the Champs Elyesse by metro. Lots of bars, restaurants and small supermarkets close by.

The hotel was lovely, well laid out, breakfast was great with plenty of choice. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Perfect location for the PSG game.

Location, facilities, friendly welcome and assistance of reception staff. Proximity to Pierre de Coubertin Stadium. Proximity to Metro. Swift and simple check in and check out.
